E-Learning

I mentioned in last my systems on the Internet to change the behavior that I'm working on a project is very interesting that is designed to lead to some significant changes in behavior that already dramatic effects. But we want to do better and so we are studying some offers parallel and what they do for the promotion of a particular behavior in their systems.

In the end, we try to design something that will stimulate action users that we know will have a positive impact. However, there is often the gap between what people know they should do, and get them to actually do it (and this is not only with online systems).
I review: Khan Academy, Nike Training Club and SparkPeople. I have included a lot of screen shots what I'm seeing and some ideas I'm going through them. I do not pretend this is scientific in any way real. Instead, I gather some ideas in terms of design concepts.

I would very much welcome / comments on this:
What have you seen or used that stimulate work in online systems to change behavior?
What materials did you see that talk about the use of targets, badges, and points, and the community, and others in order to stimulate user?
